Synergy Client Runtime 4.6.2 installation
Uninstall
Open Control Panel > Programs and Features
Select the Synergy Client Runtime 2.0 or 4.5 version then click Uninstall.
Select the Synergy Client Runtime 2.0 or 4.5 version then click Uninstall.
Download
The Client install should be pulled directly from the SRIMacroServer directory to ensure you have the latest and compatible version

Click Next
Accept defaults and click Next
Click Next to Install Follow Prompts to finish
