Upgrading Synoptix from version 6 to version 8 - need Compusoft Support

When upgrading Synoptix from an older version to 8, you may need CompuSoft support if the converter program won't run.  You will have to schedule via their website (Calendly - Synoptix Technical Support) , or send an email to support@compusoftdevelopment.com.  

They had to download/install 7 and run converter from that version and then it would work on 8.
