Unattended Access

Unattended Access

Unattended remote access refers to the ability to access a computer or network remotely without requiring the user on the other end to be present or actively participating. This is commonly used for IT support, remote administration, or monitoring systems.

WM-Synergy uses a tool called Zoho Assist to provide unattended remote access to our consultants when working with customers. Zoho Assist allows us to work with our customers who have secure cloud-based remote support and remote access software to deliver a top-notch customer support experience.
