Request for a license key can be made via email. Send your request to incident@synergyresources.net and included the product name, company name and local Windows domain name with your request.
If this is the first time running the application the about screen will automatically open for you, enter you license key. If you need to update your key, open the about screen from the menu Help About.

SMARTVIEW SCHEDULER
When creating or editing an event, the SmartView tab controls how data will be exported and delivered.
Grid/Pivot Export Format
From the Export Format dropdown, you can now select from the following options:
XLSX – Modern Excel format (recommended for most use cases).
XLS – Legacy Excel format (use when compatibility with older Excel versions is required).
CSV – Comma-separated values file. Suitable for integrations, imports into other applications, or when a flat-file is required.
Text – Plain text file with configurable delimiter. Useful for tab, pipe, or custom-delimited export needs.
Delimiter
When CSV or Text is selected, an additional field appears to specify the delimiter (e.g., comma, tab, pipe).
Example Workflow
Create or edit an event.
Navigate to the SmartView tab.
Under Grid/Pivot Export, choose the desired format (XLSX, XLS, CSV, Text).
(Optional) Configure a delimiter if CSV or Text is selected.
Complete the rest of the event configuration (schedule, email, pre/post scripts).
Notes
Earlier Scheduler builds supported only XLS. As of build 1000.1500 and above, CSV and Text are fully supported.
All export formats can be attached to an email or saved to a designated output path as configured in the Scheduler.
