Object Reference not set to an instance of an object



This error does not have enough information to diagnose ANY problem.  We need to following information to get started:

Please collect and document the following: 
  1. The Application
  2. Customer Name
  3. Version of the Application - this is found clicking through the Help Icon
  4. The Report, the SmartView or "task" that is leading up to the error - need a user story as to what steps / clicks they do to arrive at this error
