Incorrect format error on SmartViews launch



If this error is ever encountered during SmartViews launch, ensure that both x64 and x86 versions of Microsoft SQL Server CE are installed on the machine.  This is machine architecture dependent:
  1. 32 bit Windows installation

  2. 64 bit Windows installation
