Troubleshooting connection Issues
Error 19005
If receiving an error 19005 check the following
Windows Services
Check the SQL Server services and make sure they are running on the Database server
Check SQL Server Configuration Manager
Make sure the TCP/IP protocol is enabled for the Instance
Check Password
Verify the password for the User recieving teh error by signing in using SQL Management Studio
